After the completion of my studies at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, I began my medical career as a board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine. I practiced Emergency Medicine for 13 years as a locum tenens physician. This experience placed me in many different hospitals throughout the United States. In 2016 I focused my medical career in telemedicine. My initial concentration focused on areas of Urgent Care-related medicine and Hormone Replacement Therapy.
With the expansive growth of the telemedicine industry, I founded my own company LocumTele, LLC in 2020. The focus of this company is to provide medical director services and a professional corporation management for those who want to enter into the telemedicine space compliantly and safely. Currently LocumTele, LLC has expertise in IV nutrition, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptide Management, Ozone Therapy and weight loss solutions, amongst other areas. Using my experience as a medical consultant, I have been able to provide guidance and first-hand knowledge in these fields of medicine that can exist within telemedicine.
As CEO, I have been instrumental in developing relationships with national companies and many franchise corporations. By helping to provide the necessary medical directorship as well as the professional corporation components, my company has enabled these businesses to grow, expand and thrive in the telehealth arena. When our clients utilize the LocumTele, LLC medical and professional elements, our services ensure a proficient team of medical providers. These professionals foster a safe, ethical, and compliant infrastructure for telehealth patient care. Our team of medical providers maintain a professional yet personal relationship between LocumTele, LLC and our network of clients.
Michael onboards all new clients onto our company’s platform and manages the day-to-day operations. He ensures that our business practices meet operational goals of productivity and profitability. Michael has continued to build and maintain close relations with our clients and our medical providers.
Andrew is the “Keeper of the Providers” by mastering our company’s medical providers schedules and their onboarding with our clients. He monitors all the scheduling and uses gap analysis to make sure each client’s expectations are met with the appropriate staffing requirement.
At LocumTele, LLC Lindsey plays a vital role as the Chief of Compliance and Education. Lindsey’s focus in operational excellence includes: educational content creation, compliance management for regulatory boards, and protocol development. Protocols for LocumTele, LLC range from IV therapy menus, aging, peptides, weight management, sexual health, hormones, labs and then dissemination through engagement with medical and operational teams. Her commitment to elite care and patient well-being is evident in everything she does.
Anne Marie assists in ensuring compliance with relevant medical laws, regulations and policies and how they affect telehealth providers and services. Also, she helps with internal audits and policy updates. Anne Marie reviews documents for each state on telehealth laws and provides support for overall legal medical compliance.
Shay leads our company’s brand management and marketing communications for new client enrollment as well as new medical provider enrollment. He is a seasoned executive who enjoys interacting with new clients who need our services and medical providers who are interested in working in the telemedicine arena.
Tanya brings both a keen understanding of client needs and an expertise in recruitment strategies to attract exceptional medical professionals for our company. Her interpersonal skills and dedication align with our company’s mission to always deliver high-quality medical care in the expanding and competitive field of telemedicine.
Brian oversees all our daily accounting operations and financial reporting. He has developed and maintains internal control policies and procedures that ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws. Brian serves our new clients as the initial point of contact in the onboarding process.
Allison assists in implementing and monitoring our company’s systems, policies, and procedures. She plays an important role in the onboarding process. Allison alerts all departments of any new clients and any new medical providers once the contracting process is complete.
