Can I choose my hours?

You can practice Telemedicine almost any time from 7 a.m. to midnight in most time zones. If you want to work hourly or segmentally throughout the day, that is your choice.

Can I do this during my commute?

Yes, as long as you’re comfortable doing a telemedicine visit while commuting and you’re in a safe environment to do so.

How is pay determined?

Pay rate is determined by position, and will vary. The rate is presented with the corresponding postion.

What is the difference between synchronous and asynchronous telemedicine?

Synchronous telemedicine is delivered in real time, with the physician and patient communicating via telephone or video conference. Asynchronous telemedicine, is usually a more simple and less time-consuming consultation in which a patient submits information via email or text messaging. The medical professional responds via email or text messaging.

Who are telemedicine jobs good for?

Telemedicine is a great opportunity for you if you’re looking to make a substantial secondary or sole income. It could also be right for you if you’re a mother or father who wants to spend more time with your family. It could also be time to consider telemedicine if you’re ready to move away from a full time and/or a medical practice with mostly in-person consultations.
